Modernization of the district heating system and improvements of energy efficiency of buildings in the City of Belgrade

Belgrade's district heating (DH) system is one of the largest in Europe with a total network length of 1420 km and capacity of over 2800 MW. The majority of the network is run on the natural gas boilers and fuel oil boilers with no waste heat from cogeneration or other sources being used and very little renewables (0,75% of capacity). Energy efficiency of the building stock is quite low, and the intensity of energy consumption is high. The city needs harmonized approaches to efficiency. 배경
베오그라드(Belgrade)의 지역난방(Direct Heating; DH) 시스템은 총 네트워크 길이 1420km와 2800MW 이상의 수용력을 가진 유럽 내 최대 규모의 지역난방 시스템 중 하나이다. 이 네트워크 대다수는 천연가스 보일러와 기름 보일러를 기반으로 운영되는데, 이 과정 중 열 병합 발전 방식이나 다른 연료에서 나온 여열을 사용하지 않으며, 재생 에너지 또한 거의 없다. (0.75%의 효율) 따라서 에너지 효율성이 매우 낮은 반면, 에너지 소비 강도는 매우 높다. 에너지 효율성을 위한 보다 조화로운 접근법이 필요하다.
