[GCF] 루한 강 유역(Lujan River Basin)의 통합적 관리 계획 적용 프로젝트
Protecting Argentina’s Lujan River Basin from climate-related flooding.
Argentina’s Buenos Aires Province has experienced intense rainfalls and flooding that have adversely impacted the Lujan River Basin. These are caused by a combination of factors including climate factors leading to increased rainfall frequency and intensity, the physical characteristics of the river basin, and other factors linked to land-use, urbanization and road and water infrastructure.
The Lujan River Comprehensive Plan will address these problems. Structural adaptation measures such as increasing the conveyance capacity of the river, the construction of retention basins and the substitution of inflatable dams for lock gates will be combined with non-structural measures such as an early warning system, improved land-use management and institution strengthening. GCF’s financing will support the climate adaptation-related measures, while CAF and the Buenos Aires Province provide co-financing for the other non-climate measures.
The project has an estimated lifespan of 5 years.
아르헨티나의 루한 강 유역을 기후 관련 홍수로부터 보호하고자 한다.
아르헨티나의 부에노스 아이레스 지역은 극심한 강우와 홍수로 루한 강 유역의 심각한 타격을 겪었다. 기후와 관련된 다수 요인의 강우량의 빈도와 강도를 상승시켰으며 강 유역의 물리적인 특성을 변화하였으며, 토지 사용, 도심화, 도로 및 수자원 인프라 관련 여러 요소들이 영향을 미쳤다.
루한 강 포괄 계획을 통해 관련 문제에 대처하고자 한다. 강의 전달 역량의 증가와 같은 구조적 적응 조치 및 댐 교체 등을 조기 경보 시스템, 개선된 토지 사용 관리 및 제도 강화 등과 기용할 계획이다. GCF의 자금조달을 통해 기후적응 관련 조치를 도모하고, CAF 및 부에노스 아이레스가 다른 비 기후적 조치에 대한 자금을 조달할 계획이다.
프로젝트의 예상기간은 5년이다.
