내 용 (Short description)

The contracting authorities must have solar cell systems installed on supply systems in three different supply companies (Bornholms Spildevand A/S, Bornholms Vand A/S and Bornholms Varme A/S). This involves a total of 11 different solar cell systems, of which 2 will be extensions of existing systems. The solar cell systems must be installed in connection with supply systems with existing power consumption and thus connected to the existing electrical installations and grid connections. The purpose of the project is thus to cover the consumption of power on the individual cadastres. This is partly part of the contracting authority's strategy and goal of reducing the CO2 footprint. An energy meter must be installed for each system for external measurement of the system's power production. The pulse connection from the energy meter must be forwarded to the PLC module in the buildings' main switchboard. For systems over 50 kW, a production meter must be installed, cf. the Executive Order on Internal Electricity Connections. For further information on the execution of the task, please refer to Appendix 1 – Requirements Specification and Appendix 2 – Project Description. It is of great importance to the Contracting Authorities in this procurement that their code of conduct (Appendix 6), with a particular focus on human rights, is complied with in this procurement. Against this background, a documentation process has been included in section 6.3 of the tender specifications, which is intended to ensure that the Contracting Authorities have the opportunity to follow up on the fact that there has been no violation of their code of conduct before the final conclusion of the contract.

Elinord A/S wishes to purchase 2 pcs. 25 MVA, 63/11 kV transformers, which are to be delivered to two different transformer stations, one of which is a newly established transformer station while the other is an existing older transformer station. The two transformers are to be installed no later than the summer of 2027. With reference to Article 65 of the Utilities Directive, it can be stated that the tendered task will not be divided into partial contracts, as the contracting authority has assessed that, given the characteristics of the task, it is most appropriate to solve it by a single company.

The client wishes to enter into an agreement for the delivery of 1,556 prefabricated point foundations for the 150 kV substation Almindegård and the 150 kV substation Kassø project. The point foundations must subsequently be installed by a construction contractor, which will be found via a tender project in Q4 2025. This delivery includes prefabricated point foundations for the project "150 kV Kassø + Almindegaard St. NUP", and is purchased separately by the client to ensure a timely, stable and coordinated supply of concrete elements for the project. The purpose is to ensure that a larger number of foundations are delivered on time, uniformly and with documented quality, so that they support an efficient and sequential assembly process in line with the construction contractor's progress in the project. For further details regarding the procurement, please refer to the associated annexes, cf. section 1.3. The tendered contract has a term until the main contract and the associated options have been fulfilled. The value of the contract is expected to be DKK 35,000,000 including options.

The project pertains to the turnkey contract for designing and constructing 2 pcs. heat accumulation tanks (hereinafter VAK) each with a usable volume of 50,000 m3, to be located in Energy Park Lisbjerg for Kredsløb Transmission A/S. The turnkey contract encompasses complete, fully operational VAK including design, supply, installation, and connection, as well as testing and commissioning with auxiliary equipment according to the complete tender material. The entire construction project comprises multiple contracts, but these tender conditions solely apply to the turnkey contract for 2 pcs. VAK. Referring to Article 65 of the Utilities Directive, it is stated that the turnkey contract in this tender will not be subdivided into (additional) subcontracts, as the Contracting Authority has determined that, due to the nature of the project, and the financial, liability and execution considerations, it is most suitably addressed under one turnkey contract. Further details of the project are provided in the tender material. No remuneration will be granted for participation in this tender process.
