Context
Bangladesh is one the most densely populated countries in the world with about 161 million people living in 147,570 sq. kilometers of land. The country aims to increase its primary energy supply by 3-4 times and its electricity generation capacity by approximately 3 times its current rate. In terms of energy management, a number of initiatives have been initiated in public and private sectors, but there is currently a scarcity of the necessary workforce required to meet energy managment needs. 배경
방글라데시는 147,570 제곱 킬로미터에 1610만 명 가량의 사람들이 살아가는 인구밀도가 가장 높은 지역 중 하나이다. 방글라데시는 에너지 공급률을 3-4배 증가시킬 예정이며, 발전 역량도 현재의 세 배로 증가시키고자 한다. 에너지 관리 측면에서 다수의 이니셔티브가 공공 및 민간 부분에서 시작되었다. 그러나 현재 필요한 에너지 관리 니즈를 충족시키기에는 인력이 부족하다.
