제목 Regional Energy Efficiency Action Plan

지역적 에너지 효율 조치 계획 
This Technology Transfer Advances Albania's Nationally Determined Contribution to "commit to reduce CO2 emissions compared to the baseline scenario in the period of 2016 and 2030 by 11.5 %. This reduction means 708 kT carbon-dioxide emission reduction in 2030".
본 기술이전은 알바니아의 분담금을 증진시켜 "2016년과 2030년 기간 동안의 BAU대비 11.5% 이산화탄소 방출량을 감축시키고자 한다. 이 감축에 따라 2030년까지 708kt의 이산화탄소 배출 감축이 이루어질 예정이다".
