[GCF] 타지키스탄 수문기상청(Tajikistan Hydromet Agency)에 대한 제도적 개발
Supporting the development of effective hydrological and meteorological (hydromet) data and information in Tajikistan. Tajikistan already faces recurring climate-related extreme weather events, particularly floods and landslides. The country's hydromet services, designed to provide climate information for development planning, is under severe strain due to weak infrastructure and institutional challenges. This problem will be addressed by supporting the legal and structural transformation of Tajikistan Hydromet Agency and developing and implementing a business model in hydromet services. The improvement of climate data will empower communities to make informed decisions in managing risks through timely and robust information. The project has an estimated lifespan of 30 years.
타지키스탄 수문학적 및 기상학적 (수문기상학적) 데이터와 정보 개발을 지원하고자 하는 것이다. 타지키스탄은 특히 홍수와 산사태와 같은 기후 관련 극한 이상 기후가 재발하는 문제를 겪고 있다. 개발 계획에 대한 기후 정보를 제공하기 위해 고안된 수문기상 서비스는 약한 인프라와 제도적 문제로 인해 극심한 긴장상태이다. ‘ 이 문제는 타지키스탄 수문기상청에 대한 법적, 구조적 변화를 지원하고 수문기상 서비스에 대한 비즈니스 모델을 이행함으로써 해결될 것이다. 확실하고 공동체가 위기 관리에 있어 시기적절한 정보를 근거로 한 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 권한을 부여할 것이다. 해당 프로젝트 기간은 30년으로 예정되어 있다.
