기후변화 완화 및 적응을 위한 기술 검증
This Technology Transfer Advances Armenia's Nationally Determined Contribution to strive to achieve ecosystem neutral GHG emissions in 2050 (equivalent to 2.07 tons/per capita per annum) with the support of adequate (necessary and sufficient) international financial, technological and capacity building assistance, and to ensure adequate technological assistance and create a favorable environment for technology development and transfer.
본 기술이전은 적절한 (필요조건 및 충분조건) 국제금융 지원, 기술 및 역량 향상 원조와 함께 2050년 온실가스 중립적인 생태계 (연 1인당 2.07 톤에 상응) 를 달성하고, 적절한 기술적 원조를 보장하며, 기술 개발 및 이전에 유리한 환경을 조성하고자 하는 국가자발적기여(Nationally Determined Contribution; NDC)이다.
Context
Armenia is a landlocked mountainous country with vulnerable ecosystems. Thus, climate change adaptation and mitigation are among national priorities. Identification of the most relevant technologies and their promotion among stakeholders in Armenia is a weak point for the country in this regard. There is a lack of knowledge of existing technologies, lack of experience in identification of stakeholders, preparation of proposals, and formation of necessary alliances, necessary for efficient technology transfer.
배경
아르메니아는 취약한 생태계를 가졌으며, 육지로 둘러싸인 산악 국가이다. 그래서 국가적 우선과제 중 하나가 바로 기후변화 적응 및 완화이다. 이와 관련하여, 아르메니아 내 이해관계자들 사이에서 가장 적절한 기술을 검증하고 승인하는 것이 한 가지 허점이다. 효율적인 기술 이전을 위해 필수적인 기존 기술에 대한 지식과 이해관계자들의 검증 경험, 준비 및 계획, 필수적인 협조가 부족한 상황이다.
