Center for Energy, Environment and Resources (CENER21) is a non-governmental not for profit organization established in the year 2006 with the mission to contributing to sustainable development in South East Europe. CENER21 works directly with key stakeholders from international organizations, government, industry and local authorities deploying technical expertise in the areas of resource conservation, biodiversity, climate change mitigation and adaptation, energy efficiency and renewable energy.
